What services do you offer?

We service all makes and models of sewing machines. Repairs may be dependent on what the and model of your machine, and what parts are available. Due to supply chain issues, we cannot tell you how long it will take to receive parts for your machine.

What do you specialize in?

We specialize in Janome, Elna, Pfaff and longarm machines by Bernina, HandiQuilter, Janome, Tin Lizzie and Eclipse.

What are the rates of your services?

Rates depend upon the make and model of machine, and its condition. We give free estimates before we do the work. We will not know the extent of service/repair required until its turn comes up and the technician has the opportunity to take the machine apart.

What do I need to bring with my machine?

Sewing machines should have the zigzag plate and foot installed. Also bring your foot control/power cord. If you want your embroidery module serviced, bring that and the embroidery foot. We do not need your book, accessory tray and accessories. If you have a sample of how the machine is malfunctioning, please bring it, along with the thread and bobbin used.

What does a service entail?

To service a machine, we take it apart and clean out all the lint that has accumulated in the areas you can't get to. Then we lubricate the machine in the appropriate places, adjust the tension and timing, and do a stitch out.

What type of warranty do you provide?

We provide a 90 day warranty from date of pickup on all machines that we service.

Do you take appointments?

No, we do not take appointments. You must bring your machine in and it waits its turn to be taken apart and estimated.

What are your terms and conditions?

Machines must be picked up and paid for within 30 days of completion. Machines left longer than 30 days are subject to being sold.
